Taking a social media break starting now. I'll probably start blogging again but will not be scrolling or posting photos on social. Limiting time on social media can actually help you to improve and appreciate relationships that are real and true. And that is what I wanna do. More living, less scrolling. Happy first day of Fall 🍂 starting today it is perfectly acceptable to consume all things pumpkin. Even though I already started 😬

I love myself enough to get my butt back on track and finish my goals. I worked too hard and have come too far to give up on my weight loss journey. Today is a fresh start and we are back on track. No more excuses. 145 pounds I'm coming for you 👋🏾

This about sums up my weekend. I did not stay on track 🥴 I have been struggling on the weekends and I am only two pounds away from my goal. So starting tomorrow I will get back on track and my goal is to hit my goal weight by Oct 15. That is more then enough time for me to hit my goals. I got this 👍 if you are struggling also you got this as well. Start fresh in the morning.
