So excited to see my mom, sister and nephew this weekend. They moved out of Pennsylvania right before the pandemic and I haven't seen them in over a year. Can't wait to see them and bring them some PA wine 🍷@bluemountainvineyards

Yesterday I shared my current struggles with weight loss. Today I am sharing what I eat in a week (link in bio). This was a small snapshot into what I eat. This is my journey and I am always looking for ways to improve. My meals can be pretty boring and routine but it is working for me. Never thought I would post a photo like this, but I am finally getting to a point in my life where I just don't care. Only took me 35 years. Sharing on the blog today (link in bio) some of my current weight loss struggles. This month has been jam packed with activities and I have been doing a little bit too much over indulging. So these are my current goals:

Mindless shopping....whose guilty?🙋🏾‍♀️ This year my goal was & still is to be more intentional and shopping is a major area. Sometimes I fail, but I can see improvement. To help I ask myself these questions when it comes to clothes shopping.
