
Sharing my goals for the month of July.
It has been a long time since I have shared any monthly goals. I believe the reason I stopped is because I was putting to much pressure on myself and overwhelming myself. So this month I am going to set some small attainable goals. This way I am more likely to stick to them.
Personal Goals
๐ Practice yoga 2-3 times a week with one of these practices being at a studio.
๐Try a new workout class.
๐ Eat more fresh foods. Eat either one fruit or vegetable a day.
Blog Goals
โ Create new Pinterest pins for old blog posts.
โ Post new blogposts 1-2 times a week.

I am planning to read at least 2 novels, coming to blogging by updating old blog posts, and having time for self care.

Your goals sounds fun and interesting.
My goals are:
Doing more workout in july, then I did in june .
Writing more blogs in july, then I was able to write in june.
I have a lot of blogs and topics that I wanted to write on and just due to certain days/events those get delayed.
My niche is health and wellness, so if thereโs any specific day(like today was doctorโs day which I missed), my already planned blog gets delayed

Good luck on your goals! My only goal this month is to finish my dissertation. But I should also eat more fresh fruits and veggies.
