Sharing my goals for the month of July.
It has been a long time since I have shared any monthly goals. I believe the reason I stopped is because I was putting to much pressure on myself and overwhelming myself. So this month I am going to set some small attainable goals. This way I am more likely to stick to them.
💓 Practice yoga 2-3 times a week with one of these practices being at a studio.
💓Try a new workout class.
💓 Eat more fresh foods. Eat either one fruit or vegetable a day.
✏ Create new Pinterest pins for old blog posts.
✏ Post new blogposts 1-2 times a week.
