How To Be More Feminine | My Feminine Journey

Here are five tips and ways you can get started or make progress on your feminine journey.

Embracing your feminine energy starts from the inside but can be a mixture of internal and external work. Today I am sharing my top tips and goals that you can work on and prioritize on your feminine journey. You can use these tips if you are just starting your journey and even if you are already deep into your personal journey. These tips are here to help improve your life.

If you are confused or questioning what is a “feminine journey” then let’s clarify. I personally call this journey I am on “My Feminine Journey” but you can call it whatever suits you. It is a journey of self growth, self awareness, self knowledge and feminine empowerment. It is living your best life, creating healthy sustainable habits. Working on the internal while also working on the external. Taking care of your mental space and your physical space.

Some of these growth areas may feel shallow, such as focusing on how you look but I believe it is all encompassing. The goal is too feel good on the inside and outside. My priorities are my mental health then we go from there.

That being said here are five tips and ways you can get started or make progress on your feminine journey.

Love Yourself

This may sound generic but you need to love and accept yourself in this current moment. Many of my tips encourage change but change can only happen when you love yourself enough first. You are already a beautiful human the way you are and you do not need to change anything about yourself. This journey is to improve ourselves, if you want to, not to be a perfect person because that perfect person does not exist. You should strive for growth but true growth happens when you love and accept yourself.

Practice Gratefulness/Gratitude

The benefits of practicing gratitude are endless. This practice can improve feel good emotions, improve your health and help you focus on the good. The point is to notice good things by looking for them and appreciating them. This can be difficult if you are a pessimistic person like myself. I have to make it a point to intentionally incorporate this into my life. A great way is by doing a gratitude journal.

Speak with Kindness

Words are powerful. They can lift someone up or bring someone down. It is important to think before you speak and choose your words wisely. This can be difficult but try to take a moment and think about what you are going to say before you say it.

Before you speak THINK

T– Is it true?

H- is it helpful?

I– Is it inspiring?

N– Is it necessary?

K- Is it kind?

Dress Up Everyday

Take time in the morning to dress up and get ready for the day. Take time to pick out your outfit and dress appropriately for the occasion. Wether you are required to dress work casual or scrubs everyday. Value yourself enough to show up looking your best. Do this for yourself. This is a great way to boost your confidence.

Create a Morning Routine

Start the day right with a morning routine that suits your lifestyle. How you wake up can set the tone for the rest of your day. You want to create a thriving environment for yourself that gets you started on the right path.
