Weight Watchers Purple | What I Eat In A Week

**This food diary is from 7/19/21- 7/23/21

I recently got a request on Instagram to share what a few days of eating look like for me while I am on weight watchers purple plan. So I decided why not share a whole week of my food tracking! I just recently hit a lose of 20 pounds and I am feeling great and motivated to keep pushing. This week that I am sharing is after a little getaway I had over the weekend and I did not track anything or even attempt to eat healthy. So this week is me getting back on track. My goal was to stay as close within my points as possible because I have no weekly remaining. I would normally save the weekly remaining for things like alcohol. Please keep in mind that I am not a dietitian and this is what works for me. It may not work for everybody and I do not push my diet or lifestyle for others.

Each day will include my breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and also how many points I used. I do not track my water intake but I try to get at least 50 ounces in a day. Also, days where I am only drinking a protein drink for dinner are days I work evenings. I do not get a dinner break so I drink my meal. I also do not use portion control all the time when it comes to zero point foods. So when you see a food listed that has zero points I may or may not weigh the portion out. My job had lunch and I opted for salad with some salmon. I was unable to track the points for the light dressing that was on the salmon because I have no idea what it was. I did not eat the roll that came with the salad.

My husband and I went out to dinner and I got a Greek grilled chicken salad with no dressing. We also picked up a bottle of champagne because we are celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary. I did not include the champagne or the two rum and cokes I had also.

This month has been a little bit of a challenge for me because I have so much going on especially on the weekends. I noticed I have been doing great during the week but when the weekend hits it kinda goes out the door. This month has been packed with events on the weekend and I tend to eat whatever I want. So I see that as an area that needs some improvement. I have decided to start incorporating exercise into my routine so I am hoping that will help me.
