Today was weigh in day and like always I was a tad bit nervous to get on the scale. I am starting to get use to my body and how my weight fluctuates so I was a little prepared and thought I knew what to expect. Last week I was down 4.6 pounds. When I lose a good amount of weight in a week my body seems to hold tight there for a while. I usually go up a few ounces in the coming weeks then eventually drop again. So I was expecting the same today.
Surprisingly, my weight did not budge an ounce! I was the same weight today as I was at my last weigh in. So I am happy with that. If you are on a weight loss journey then you will get to know your body and how you lose and gain weight. So this week I have held steady and now we are moving on to a new week. I have a dinner tonight with some coworkers and I am also hanging out with a friend this weekend. My plan is to do a weekend recap so keep your eyes out for that!
