This week I had a great weigh in and was very happy and saw the results of my hard work. My weight was down a lot more then I expected! I was thinking I would be down 1-2 pounds but I was down a total of 4.6 pounds! It was a nice surprise. I am now down a total of 15.6 pounds and I can not believe I can say that or that I am even typing this. I am so proud of myself and happy with the results of my hard work. My current goal is to get into the 150’s and I would like to hit 155 pounds and go from there and re-assess my goals. If I hit 142 pounds I can hit weight watchers goal and get lifetime.
My husband and I decided to go out to dinner on Friday evening which was a spur of the moment decision. Our original plan was to go to Olive Garden and I planned to get their grilled chicken margherita 9 points, have some salad and eat 1-2 bread sticks. That did not go as planned because the wait was going to be an hour so we opted to go to P.F. Changs. So instead I got their ginger chicken with broccoli and for an appetizer I got vegetable spring rolls. I would not recommend the rolls and I was not thinking when I ordered them because I felt rushed and thought they would be okay to eat. They ended up being 15 points and my main meal was 7 points. It can be hard to eat out when your following a diet but you can only do the best you can.
Saturday morning we got up bright and early and went for a long walk. We walked for 4.8 miles and I gained some fit points for the first time. Apparently my personal goal is to get 16 fit points a week and I got 29 in one day so that was awesome! I am gonna have to work on getting more fitness in and getting more fit points.
I also am starting to really notice a difference in the fit of my clothes. I wear scrubs daily to work and they are already getting big on me. My regular clothes still fit me but they are looser and hang a little more off my body. Not enough that I am ready to buy new clothes. Once I get more towards my goal I will worry about that.
Today I also went grocery shopping and planned out my dinners for the week ahead. Stocked up on lots of low points snacks and fruits for the week ahead! I will update you all next week after my next weigh in. Have a great weekend and keep pushing towards your goals!
